Types of Aluacero panels
Material characteristics
The Aluacero shutter panels come in three types - micro perforated (type M) with gentle small hole perforation; window (type O) with rectangular shaped perforation; full (type P) as full panels with no perforation. The panels may be made of steel, aluminium or copper sheet. Each type may be ordered in any color from the RAL pallet.

Use
The Aluacero panels may be used for cladding of technical rooms, for sun shades, elevation panels, gates, etc. Thanks to their resistance to water penetration and high capability to reduce noise, they are widely used in industrial, housing and office construction engineering.

Examples of use of the Aluacero materials
Technical data
The Aluacero panels are manufactured from three types of materials: steel, aluminium and copper. In the case of aluminium and copper sheet, the thickness of the material is 1.0 mm. For steel panels, the thickness is 0.7 mm or 0.8 mm. The micro perforated and window-type panels are about 99% resistant to water penetration. The acoustic insulation power for particular material types is the following: for full panels 21.2 dB, for micro perforated panels 14.8 dB and for window panels 11.8 dB.

Maintenance and cleaning
The way of cleaning the panels is determined by the way the Aluacero panels are used. The panels should be cleaned using water with the addition of detergents, e.g. soap. After pre-cleaning, the surface should be rinsed with water and left until it dries naturally. One shouldn't use cleaning products containing scratching substances or strong alkaline compounds.
