Reynobond - composite panel/aluminium siding

Material characteristics
The composite panel manufactured by the ALCOA company comes in two different types - as a panel with a low-pressure polyethylene core, and as a panel with a fire-resistant polyethylene core. The REYNOBOND panels are available in standard widths of 1000/1250/1500 mm, lengths between 2000 and 7000 mm and thicknesses from 3 to 6 mm. The offer of the ALCOA company includes 15 standard colors of coatings made using the DURAGLOSSR5000 or PVdF technology, as well as any color from the RAL and NCS pallets.

Use
REYNOBOND® is a material used first and foremost in the building industry for making exterior elements - sidings, on new buildings or ones that are being renovated. It is perfect also for interior design projects. Examples of the material use include sidings, column covers, balcony cladding panels and railings, cladding of tunnel interiors, doors, sliding panels, etc.

REYNOBOND® - a composite panel consisting of three layers - outer aluminium layers and an inner polyethylene layer. The 4-mm thick material is characterized by rigidity of 0.240 kNm2/m, strength of 1.75 cm3/m, specific gravity of 5.5 kg/m2 (3.4 times less than steel and about 1.6 times less than solid aluminium). The treatment of the material may include cutting, bending, milling, pressing, drilling, grooving and rolling. Those processes do not require surface lubrication.

Maintenance and cleaning
The REYNOBOND® material should be cleaned using water with an addition of milky, non-alkaline detergent which won't scratch the surface. Under no circumstances should one use solvents or other strongly caustic substances.
