Swisspearl - fiber cement panels
Charakterystyka materiału SWISSPEARL is a non-asbestos, fiber cement elevation system from Niederurnen (Switzerland). The material from which the panels are made is high-quality Portland cement, synthetic and cellulose fibers, as well as fast colors. The size of the panels may be customized for each building, with the maximum size being 3040x1220 mm. After four blocks are cut, the panels may be shortened to any size. The SWISSPEARL® panels are available in five different surface types (CARAT SL - fully colored surfaces with a transparent or color outer layer, REFLEX - colored in their entirety, their acrylic base is coated with a finishing opalescent layer, XPRESSIV - cement grey panel of a fiber cement texture, NATURA - coated with a transparent layer of a translucent cement texture, and TECTURA - with fine-grained texture of the finishing surface), over 60 standard colors, with the possibility to manufacture the panels in any other colors and shades per special request.
Use A wide range of available materials, created based on advanced technologies in production and coloring of fiber cement composite materials, gives the architects much freedom in designing the ventilated façade, as well as allows them to reflect the character of the existing building or give a fresh image to newly constructed buildings.

Examples of use of the Swisspearl materials
Technical data SWISSPEARL® - fiber cement panels, entirely colored, the only ones that have received the highest classification rank of 5A according to European standards. They are characterized by high quality strengthening fibers (< 6% contents of cellulose fibers), low water absorption, resistance to weather conditions, resistance to sea conditions and natural environment pollution, resistance of the panel surface to sunlight, acid rain, humidity and temperatures below 0°C. The panels also have excellent color fastness and depending on the shades by the Delta E value, it falls between 1 and 3 in the CIELAB scale after 2000 hours of exposure to sunlight and it ensures that the panels age in a uniform and natural manner. The SWISSPEARL® panels are resistant to temperatures between +80 °C and -40°C and their fire resistance is assessed at A2-s1, d0, according to the EN 13501-1/UBC class 1 standard, NFPA class A according to ASMT E 84-99. The panels are made in 100% from recycled raw mineral material, and the durability and usefulness of the panels, according to Swiss building inspectors, is 40 years.
Maintenance and cleaning Thanks to smooth surface of the material, the panels require practically no maintenance, which constitutes a great advantage.
